1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Cats and Dogs up to 60 lbs (no pit bulls). No exotic pets.
2. How many pets may I have?
Two.
3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
A $250 non-refundable pet fee for 30 lbs or less, a $400 fee is required for 31 - 60 lbs.
4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, less damages.
5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, fees and notice requirements apply.
6. What utilities are included in my lease?
Trash removal and pest control.
7. How long is the term of the lease?
7 - 24 months.
8. Do you accept leases for short terms?
Not less than 7 months.
9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call the management office, send an e-mail or submit request online.
10. When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Late charges are assessed on the 6th.
12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Yes.
13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
There is a rent drop box for after hours payments.
14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
For up to 7 days, after that you must have the person added to your lease.
15. Do you have reserved parking?
No.
16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In a parking space or boat/trailer storage.
17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes. Please notify the office.
18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Yes, restrictions apply.
19. Do you have cable services?
Yes. Comcast Cable.
20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes.
